Shuttle Buses

Parking at the festival location is limited, add to that the need for a designated drive and a shuttle service starts sounding like a great idea.

Shuttle buses will be available from around Milwaukee County at several locations to get you to the festival and back to your pick up point afterward. This will allow people to take the county bus system to the festival or get a ride to a convenient location and avoid driving. These are school buses to keep the cost down and give you flashbacks of your childhood on the ride home.

Shuttles will arrive at the Schwabenhof at times listed below. Buses will be leaving the Schwabenhof at 5:15 for the return trip.

You must buy advance tikets. No tickets will be sold at the pick-up locations.

Pick-up/Drop-off Locations and Time

The bus will leave at the designated time regardless of people missing. Best to arrive early and be waiting so others don't have to.

Route 1 - South Side

St Francis Brewery and Restaurant (web site)

Route 2 - East and Central

Veterans Park (E Lagoon Dr South of McKinley Marina)

Pick up will be at the drive to the first parking lot (marina parking on the left - see photo of location) . Public parking is available throughout the area.

State Fair Park Park and Ride (Near 76th Street)

Arrives at Festival 12:40 pm

Route 3 - Northwest

Silver Spring Drive (east of N Lovers Lane Road)
Bus leaves at 12:30 pm and arrives at festival roughly 12:40 pm.

At LaQuinta entrance off of Silver Spring Drive just east of Lovers Lane Road. Look for the World of Beer Festival yard sign. This is next to the Milwaukee County Transit bus stop and walking distance from the Budgetel and LaQuinta hotels. No parking available.

IMPORTANT

Your receipt is your ticket. Bring it with you for confirmation. No tickets will be sold at the pick-up locations. Please be at the pick up location 10 minutes before the bus departure time to make sure everybody gets on. The bus must leave at the scheduled time to get everybody to the festival on time.
